Etruska

A district of silver (what was once considered a precious metal in years past) founded due to the founders fear of the lycanthropic curse which she herself was affected. She clad the entirety of the district in her bane so that when the curse took over she may not harm those she lived amongst. The people continue this practice centuries after her passing in her memory.
